Inner Work

This Belongs
Michelle runs in-person sessions of deep empathic listening, emotional validation and guidance. She is influenced by Internal Family Systems, mindfulness practices, attachment theory, embodiment and nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, Non-Violent Communication and Gestalt and Psychodrama techniques. Michelle is social work trained and has done two years of Gestalt group work and a further two years of Psychodrama training, as well as mindfulness meditation training. She is trained in the Internal Family Systems model of therapy.

Dunedin Men's Group
A regular support group for men based in Ōtepoti/Dunedin which uses group therapy and mindfulness techniques to help men live authentic lives and improve their relationships
